On May 1, the COCL will present the DRAFT Quarterly Report: 2023 Quarter 4 Updates & Analysis at a Town Hall hosted by the Portland Committee on Community-Engaged Policing (PCCEP) Settlement Agreement and Policy Subcommittee.
