On February 1, the COCL will present the DRAFT Quarterly Report: 2022 Quarter 3 Updates & Analysis at a virtual Town Hall hosted by the Portland Committee on Community-Engaged Policing (PCCEP) Settlement Agreement and Policy Subcommittee.
